1. General
These Payment Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all projects, services, and deliverables provided by David Productions (“Company”) to the Client. By engaging David Productions for video editing services, the Client agrees to these Terms.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are quoted in USD (or PKR if local) unless agreed otherwise.
3. Payment Structure
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commercial work follows the same client rule (50/50 for first project, 100% upfront for repeat projects).
First-Time Clients:
50% advance payment (non-refundable) before work begins.
50% balance due upon completion of the project before final delivery.
Returning Clients:
100% payment required upfront for all new projects.
Wedding Projects (special cases):
50% advance to confirm booking.
50% balance upon final delivery.
Commercial Projects:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commercial work follows the same client rule (50/50 for first project, 100% upfront for repeat projects).
. Payment Methods
David Productions accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (local & international)
- PayPal
- Wise / Remittance services
All transfer fees must be covered by the Client.
5. Revisions & Additional Costs
Urgent delivery requests (rush edits) may be subject to a priority fee.
Each project includes up to 2 free rounds of revisions (within the agreed scope).
Additional revisions or changes outside the original agreement will incur extra charges.
6. Late Payments
If payment is delayed beyond 14 days, David Productions reserves the right to pause or withhold all work/deliverables until the account is settled
Payments not received within 7 days of invoice due date will incur a 5% late fee.
7. Refund Policy
If David Productions is unable to complete the project for unforeseen reasons, a fair refund will be issued based on work not delivered.
Deposits/advance payments are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled by the Client after work has commenced, the Client will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.
8. Delivery & File Release
David Productions retains the right to withhold raw project files unless specifically agreed upon in writing and paid for separately.
Final edited files will only be released upon full and cleared payment.
9. Ownership & Usage Rights
Raw footage, project files, or unused edits remain the property of David Productions unless otherwise agreed.
Full ownership and usage rights of the final delivered edit are transferred to the Client upon full payment.
Until then, all work remains the property of David Productions.
10. Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
Any disputes regarding payments must be raised in writing within 7 days of invoice issuance.
11. Amendments
David Productions reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to all future projects.
